• How to create a deep link to the custom MDF object without assigning it to People Profile.
• How to add custom MDF  portlets  for direct access on Home Page instead of using People profile page

The possibility   to access custom portlets  via  access on Home Page instead of using People profile page , but unfortunately that is not possible in the current system design we don't have such functionality.

Custom portlets deep links can only be accessed via Employee profile as the associated custom MDF object UI is tagged to Employee profile page only. It is as per the MDF framework design.

We cannot have the deep links for custom portlets in Home page section.

In case you feel that it would be great to have such kind of feature, we encourage you to submit an enhancement request to have this functionality considered within future development cycles – you can do this on our Customer Community Portal at http://community.successfactors.com/.
