3333768 - Purchase Requisition fixed indicator is not integrated one to one to IBP by Real Time Integration

Symptom

After RTI integration from S/4 to IBP, fixed indicator for purchase requisition is "fixed" in IBP but "not fixed" in S/4 HANA.

- Purchase requisition is "fixed" in IBP projected stock App.
- "Fixed ID" in transaction ME53N is not fixed.
