Cannot access Security -> Users menu even when the user has the Read rights to User in SAP Datasphere.

SAP Datasphere

1. Log on SAP Datasphere and create a new Role.
2. Check on Read rights for User.
3. Create a new user and assign this user to the role created in step 1-2.
4. Use this new user to log on to Datasphere.
5. Find that the user cannot access menu Security -> Users.

This behavior is BY DESIGN.

To access the Security Users tools, all four permissions—Create, Read, Update, and Delete (CRUD)—are required. Having solely the Read permission will not grant visibility to the user list within Security Users.
