3334044 - Error with SAP SuccessFactors Platform is successfully integrated with SAP SuccessFactors Learning. (LMSTenantSealingStatusCheck) - Talent Intelligence Hub

Symptom

When running the checks for Talent Intelligence Hub application in Admin Center > Check Tool, issue(s) for the check "LMSTenantSealingStatusCheck" can be found.

Note: If BizX is not integrated with any LMS tenant and it won't be for the near future, tenant sealing is not required.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Learning
  • SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub

Resolution

  • To seal the integration, follow the steps in Sealing Your Learning and Platform Integration. 

  • If the BizX tenant was previously integrated with an LMS tenant, however, the integration is currently not in use or the LMS tenant has been decommissioned, please ensure that you disable the integration in Provisioning as well by unchecking the setting 'Enable SuccessFactors Learning Integration'. Otherwise, 'LMSTenantSealingStatusCheck' will still error out.
