Symptom

SFTP Adapter is used with File Content Conversion (FCC) feature. During message processing, the following error occurs:

Exception received: XML creation failed due to: org.w3c.dom.DOMException: INVALID_CHARACTER_ERR: An invalid or illegal XML character is specified
