3334297 - PGPException after system update/upgrade - "org.bouncycastle.openpgp.PGPException: Exception creating cipher"

Symptom

After upgrading PO 7.50 system to SP 22 or higher SP level and deploying the B2B components(PIB2BSFTP and PIB2BPGP) the below error is faced during message processing:
