3334612 - App Schedule PIR Reorganizing Runs does not reorganize PIR per the key date specified.

Symptom

In app "Schedule PIR Reorganizing Runs", when scheduling a job and specifying the field 'Key date' using dynamic date calculation, the server time rather than the local time is used.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Cause

The calculated dynamic date is always in the system time zone.
E.g.
In key date , specify 'Start Date - 1 Day' and the calculated key date is 15.05.2023 and the time is 00:00:00 in CET.
Then the calculated dynamic date is actually 14.05 in UTC.

Resolution

Taking system time into consideration when specifying the dynamic key date and planned time.
