New value for manager is not showing in Manage Mass change.

1. Access into Manage Mass Change.

2. Create New.

3. Select "Area" as "Job Information", select "Field Name" as "Manager (manager-id)".

4. There were no results in "New Value".

There is an error "jobInfo.employment_status IN (null)" in backend log.

Then please check "employee-status" in Picklist Center.

The picklist with Legacy Picklist ID “employee-status” can't be set as inactive as Legacy Picklist ID is used for "employment status".

Please ensure the picklist with Legacy Picklist ID “employee-status” is active.
