Symptom

  1. While creating a new BOM in Maintain Bill of Material Fiori App, Relevancy to Costing indicator for a component is not set according to customizing in OS21
  2. Or if a change is performed on the Relevancy to Costing field:
    1. after saving the change is ignored,
    2. or other components are changed too
