3335068 - SOAP Sender Adapter: Unexpected EOF in Prolog

Symptom

A call to a SOAP sender adapter endpoint fails, and the following error is recorded in the Message Processing Log (MPL):

  • error: Inbound processing in endpoint at /<Endpoint Address> failed with message "Fault:com.ctc.wstx.exc.WstxEOFException: Unexpected EOF in prolog at [row,col {unknown-source}]: [1,0]"
