3335068 - SOAP Sender Adapter: Unexpected EOF in Prolog

Symptom

When calling a SOAP sender adapter endpoint in a Cloud Integration Tenant, an error thrown with the following written in the message processing log (MPL) - 

  • error: Inbound processing in endpoint at /<Endpoint Address> failed with message "Fault:com.ctc.wstx.exc.WstxEOFException: Unexpected EOF in prolog at [row,col {unknown-source}]: [1,0]"
