3335096 - How to add new participants in e-signature workflow - Onboarding

• For the E-Signature workflow, is it possible to add new participants to sign?
• Is it possible to create a role and assign it to group of users who can sign the document on behalf of the other user?

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• In the current Onboarding feature and within the E-Signature workflow, it is not possible to add new participants to sign.
• This is only reserved for the respective Employee, Manager, or admin user assigned to the task.

If this is deemed necessary for the business, you may submit an enhancement request so the Product Management Team can review if it can be included in the future release.
