3335100 - IQ full or Incremental Backup crashed with empty stack trace file - SAP IQ

• When running a full or incremental backup, IQ server crashed with empty stacktrace file.
• The failure happened in the middle of backup.
• The version of IQ server contain the fix in KBA 3259366. 
• stderr file report the following the error:
