3335105 - Performance Form Comments Saved as Another Language in HTML

When users type text into performance forms and save, the system saves the text as another language in HTML:

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. User opens performance form
2. Text is entered into the comment boxes
3. Select Save & Close button
4. Reopen performance form and can see comment has been saved in another language with HTML

This is expected behavior - The browser translation tool is being utilized. The browser translation tool is considered a third-party product which is not compatible with Performance Management. When comments are saved using the translation tool, the tool will add the hashes into the comments.

Users can disable the translation tool to resolve the issue.
