3335137 - Syntax error for the addition OFFSET in a SELECT command after Kernel patch

After upgrading to SAP_BASIS 740 or 750 with 753 SP1111 or 754 SP026 kernel or higher, the system starts to display a syntax error similar to below for the addition OFFSET in a SELECT command.

"OFFSET" is invalid here (due to grammar). contains an invalid character or it is a keyword. (It might be possible to escape it using "!"). Or a space is missing or there is one space too many. 

SAP NetWeaver 740 or 750  with a 753 SP1111 or 754 SP026 kernel or higher.

"OFFSET" is grammatically not allowed here, "Grammatically invalid" means that the word in question is not allowed in this position in Open SQL grammar, "OFFSET" is invalid here (due to grammar). contains an invalid character or it is a,  , KBA , BC-DB-DBI , DB Independent Database Interface , Problem
