3335206 - Billing Document Request's events are not being triggered for Preliminary Billing Docuement - S/4HANA Cloud

You may have documented the Enterprise Events for Billing Document and Billing Document Requests.
However, events are not being triggered when Preliminary Billing Document gets created or changed. 

The new feature is planned to be available in version 2408.
