System Keep  Loading When selecting Payment Method or Pay Type or Custom Pay Type in Payment information

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Payment Information 

• Select Any test user
• Go to Payment information portlet
• Scroll to Payment Method
• Select Any Payment method type such as: cash, bank transfer, check Configuring Payment Methods

Result: Dropdown Keep loading.

In the 'Cash' payment method, UK country is mentioned twice, which is causing the payment method to keep loading in the user payment information portlet

Step 1: Chek Configuration

• Go to Manage Configuration UI
• Select Payment method or Pay Type or Customise Pay Type

Note: Example " Payment Method "

Step 2:Check Test user Bank Country 

Example for Country/Region : UK

Step 3: Check Bank Country  Payment method or Pay Type or Customise Pay Type in manage data

• Go to Manage Data
• Select Payment method or Pay Type or Customise Pay Type
• check: duplicate Country/Region 

Result : Payment method or Pay Type or Customise Pay Type is associated with the employee's country multiple times

Please remove duplicate Country/Region 

Step 1:

• Go to Manage Data
• Select Payment method or Pay Type or Customise Pay Type
• check: 

Step 2:Test Solution

Result: All payment method are loading without any issue
