3335496 - Hire Date Details not displayed after Add Concurrent Employment - 1H 2023

• Customer is testing the enhancement related to ECT-194645
• After enabling the switch, when creating Concurrent Employment for existing users the hire date details are not displayed
• Only the following message is seen:
  • You have successfully added an employment. It might take a couple of minutes before it can be displayed.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Concurrent Employment

Prerequisites:

There should be no Workflow triggered upon saving.

Enable: Admin Center > Company and Logo Settings > Enable Centralized Services to Add Concurrent Employment on the Manager Self-Service UI (and Enable Configurable Concurrent Employment).

1. Go to any employee > Take Action > Add Concurrent Employment
2. Fill out the necessary details
3. Save
4. Message is: You have successfully added an employment. It might take a couple of minutes before it can be displayed.

The behavior is currently under investigation. We shall update the KBA with additional details once confirmed.
