An alert email from Cybersource explains that "CyberSource will eliminate support for certain older and less-secure forms of Transport Layer Security (TLS) communication and Cipher Suites in the coming months."
The following CBC ciphers will no longer be accepted by Cybersource, starting July 6, 2023:
- TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SHA384
- TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_128_CBC_SHA256
- TLS_RSA_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SHA256
- TLS_RSA_WITH_AES_128_CBC_SHA256
