A back-ground job has been scheduled to run program SSF_ALERT_CERTEXPIRE.
It is found that end users often receive expiring alert emails with a "lager period" than defined.
For example： Item "*No. of Days until Expiration" has been defined as 30 in program.
Email title received: A Certificate in System XXX is going to be expired in 123- days.
