3335777 - RSECSSFX configuration change not affective after moving HANA DB to another server

Symptom

Trying to connect an ERP system to HANA DB that has been moved to another HANA server. The configuration changes was made via RSECSSFX and the changed configuration is in place (DEFAULT.PFL is also adjusted), but connection test via R3trans -d still goes to the old HANA DB.
