3335912 - Job Classification visibility in the Onboarding Dashboard - Onboarding

• In the Onboarding Dashboard, under the candidate's name, the "Job Classification/Title/Code" is displayed.

• SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Log in to the instance
2. Proxy as the affected user who can see the information (if applicable)
3. Go to the Onboarding Dashboard
4. Search for the candidate
5. Under the candidate's name, the Job Classification is visible

• The permission "Employee Central Effective Dated Entities > Job Information > Job Classification" is granted to the affected user's role.
• The permission "Employee Central API > Employee Central HRIS OData API (read-only)" is granted to the affected user's role.

• Remove the permissions from the affected user's role:
  • Go to Manage Permission Roles:
    • Permissions:
      • Employee Central Effective Dated Entities > Job Information > Job Classification
      • Employee Central API > Employee Central HRIS OData API (read-only)

• Permissions for the Onboarding Dashboard (New)
