3335922 - When onboardee declines DocuSign it does create new task - Onboarding

When the Onboardee declines DocuSign, usually afterwards the tasks will trigger.

Maximum length exceeded for declined documents field in DocuSignEnvelopeRecipient MDF entity

 To resolve the issue for new candidates, please follow the below steps.

1. Navigate to "Configure Object Definitions" page and select DocuSignEnvelopeRecipient object definition.
2. Edit the object definition and update max length from 255 -> 1000 for [declinedDocuments, declinedReason] fields.

 And for failed candidates, a restart can be performed once the below steps are completed.
