Value flowing from Recruit Management are not visible in onboarding - the same is appearing on Suite Integration File (Provisioning)

 "Non-unique external code" for picklist is missing.

For this case a Picklist value is sent. The "Non-unique external code" is missing and Onboarding is not able to receive the value.

Add "Non-unique external code" for each Picklist option.
