3336587 - [[COMPANY_LOGO]] is not rendering properly - Onboarding

The email token [[COMPANY_LOGO]] is not rendering properly and the URL is displayed on the notification instead of the image.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Go to Email Services
2. Select any template
3. Add the [[COMPANY_LOGO]]
4. Send the email
5. Notification shows the logo URL instead of the image

Know issue.

This is a known issue and engineering is working on this.

A workaround is available for this:

1. Go to Email Services
2. Do the [[COMPANY_LOGO]] token insert
3. Then select all text "[[COMPANY_LOGO]]"
4. Select "Insert/Edit Image" 
5. Add the "URL of the Company Logo" (company logo URL) on the Source
6. You can preview the email template (you will see the image)
7. Save
8. The email now displays the image

Note: Remember to edit for all the locales you are using.
