3336588 - How to change value of Path to Local Configuration Files in SAPGUI Options when it's read only

Symptom

In SAPGUI options -> "SAP Logon Options" -> "Configuration Files", "select" button is grayed out as the following registry key has been set on the client PC, so it's not possible to change the value of "Path to local configuration files".

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\SAP\General]
AllOptionsReadOnly (REG_DWORD) = 1
CurRegValReadOnlyActive (REG_DWORD) = 1

The following registry key exists, but changing the registry key PathConfigFilesLocal to "C:\ProgramData\SAP\GUI" doesn't change the value of "Path to local configuration files".

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SAP\SAPLogon\Options]
PathConfigFilesLocal (REG_EXPAND_SZ)
