Symptom

When adding attachments to purchase requisitions it is not clear where they are displayed in the My inbox App.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud 

Resolution

You can see in this matrix where the attachments are visible, depending on the approval type.

  • In this instance the documents are displayed on the "Attachment" tab.
    • Approval Type "Item Release" and Item attachments.
    • Approval Type "Overall Release" and Item attachment.

  • In this instance the documents are displayed by following the below steps:
  1. Click Show details (After clicking "Show details", "Hide details" will be displayed).
  2. Click the Attachments tab.
