3336716 - Web service jobs fail with "Unknown error communicating with server" message - SAP Data Services 4.x

• Web service jobs are failing with the error XML-243003: |Data flow |Transform Q_Function5 Unknown error communicating with server.
• Applied SAP KBA1771712, which didn’t resolve the issue.
• Checked that the certificates are all valid.
• Checked that the user connecting to Web service is active and a valid password is maintained on Data Services and Web service side.
• Checked the Axis2.log file and found.
