3336843 - OAUTH 2.0 authentication is not working in a CPI Integration Flow

Symptom

There is a completely configured "OAuth2 Credentials" type Security Material at the Cloud Integration tenant. This "OAuth2 Credentials" is used in an HTTP Adapter as part of a custom Integration Flow, and when the authentication should be performed to receive the access token, an HTTP 401 - Unauthorized or HTTP 403 - Forbidden error raised by the "Token Service URL"
