3336890 - Email notification not being triggered after assessment process is completed - Recruiting Management

Once the assessment integration is completed an email notification should be triggered. At the Event Notification Audit log, we can see an HTTP error 403 reported.

The user credentials configured for the integration process are incorrect. 

Please confirm on both sides (SuccessFactors and Vendor) that the user credentials provided are as expected and correct if necessary.
