3336943 - Unable to add new entry in a Model or Public Dimension in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• When trying to add a new entry in the Model or in a Public Dimension, the following error message appears upon saving:
  "The parent of "property name" does not exist in the same hierarchy. Please add the parent to the hierarchy, or select another parent."
