3336991 - Rounding on CHF Currency of Switzerland Sales Documents - S/4HANA Cloud

On your Sales Document of CHF Currency a Condition type DRD1 applies a rounding value of -0.01 CHF or -0.02CHF. There is no discrepancy of header values and item values as standard rounding behavior. The reason of the rounding is unknown.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud all versions.

1. Display Sales Document Header information.

2. Go to Conditions tab and check DRD1 Condition type on pricing elements reducing or increasing 0.01 or 0.02 CHF.

3. Calculate Total amount and tax amount from header and item per item, it does not have a discrepancy or apparent rounding reason is for system behavior.

Some countries require that the total value of a document has a 'round' value. For example, in Switzerland, the total value must be divisible without remainder by 0,05 CHF (5-Rappen rounding). If "Net value + tax" does not end with a 0 or a 5 in the second decimal place, this amount is increased by 0.01 CHF or 0.02 CHF or decreased by 0.01 CHF or 0.02 CHF to fulfill this condition.
