3336995 - EearlyWatch Alert(EWA) data request task was executed before the planned date of the EWA session

Symptom

When EWA was activated not on Monday, the EWA data request session task will be executed before the planned date.
Example:  EWA session was planned on 5/21 (Sunday), after "refresh session" by SDCCN, the EearlyWatch Alert data request task was executed on 5/19 (Friday).
