3337011 - A business user defined in Local Administrators Restrictions can manage rules for any country

The business user maintained in "Local Administrators Restrictions" table from an application rule, e.g. "Territory Management Rules" is able to manage rules outside his/her assigned country.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Sales work center.
2. Go to Realignment Runs work center view.
3. Click on Maintain Territory Rules button.
4. The Territory Management Rules table is opened.
5. The user have the ability to edit any rule in the table despite the information defined in Local Administrators Restrictions table.

The reason why the user maintained in "Local Administrators Restrictions" can edit rules for other countries defined on the table is because the user is an administrator.

The Administrator > General Settings work center view has to be removed from the business user access rights.
