3337015 - Manager field populates with the Participant's name instead of the Manager's name - 360 Multi-Rater

Symptom

When adding a participant to a 360 Reviews form, the "Manager" column of the added participants list shows the Participant's Name, instead of the name of the Participant's Manager.
