3337037 - Job Requisition Buttons are Not Highlighted in the New Horizon Theme - Recruiting Management

After H1 2023 release, the Job Requisition buttons such as "Create Job Requisition" and "Add Modifier" are not highlighted in a different background color. This happens with the new Horizon theme only.

The behavior has already been addressed to the responsible teams and they're currently analyzing it.

UPDATE: The issue will be fixed through Patch b2305p11.
