3337044 - After the QRC upgrade, story themes created in Optimized Design Experience are not applied correctly in View mode

• In View mode, previously created story themes are reverted back to the Light Theme (Default).
• The issue is not consistent for all colors.
• The issue is not observed in all widgets, for example tables.

1. Log in to SAP Analytics Cloud tenant
2. Create a new Canvas story in optimized design experience and add a chart to it
3. Click More > Theme > Create Theme
4. Go to the Widget Settings and change the "Default Tile Background" for Chart/Geo to Orange
5. Save the theme
6. Save the story and open it in View Mode 
   Note that the widget is displayed in the Default Theme 
7. Refresh the story in Edit Mode
   The warning message is displayed: "The theme used in this application has been deleted. Do you agree to reapply the default theme? If not, you can choose to keep your current preferences by saving them to a new theme."
8. Click "Yes, I agree" and the Default Theme is applied
9. Click on "No, save as new theme" and the already created Theme is saved as a new theme. 
   It is a endless loop every time the story is refreshed.
