3337053 - Not able to change Cost Component Structure

When trying to change Cost Component Structure (SSCUI 102427) by removing assignment of Cost Element or deleting pre delivered Cost Component below error is triggered: 

"Cost component structure Y1 is active. Deletion not allowed" or "Deletion not possible for record created by SAP".

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

After Go Live, it's not possible to change existing assignment for Cost Component Structure. In case of pre delivered records created by SAP, those are also not possible to delete.

If there is Cost Element assigned to Cost Component Structure but is not expected, you can block posting for that Cost Element.
Create new Cost Element and add it to Cost Component Assignment and save.
