3337119 - Is it possible to restrict jobs displaying for users in "Scheduled job manager"?

Symptom

The permission in Manage User >>> Allow users to view all the jobs is no longer respected using Schedule Job Manager
The Monitor Jobs tool in the Admin Center reached end of maintenance on December 09, 2022 and will be deleted on June 2, 2023.
User can see all the jobs instead of their own.

Reproducing the Issue

Go to Scheduled Job Manager > Job Monitor
User can see all jobs

Cause

This is current design of the system from framework level, we only have two permissions, "monitor jobs" and "manage jobs" as per guide https://help.sap.com/viewer/f7be98f2aa7a4997be1bc122e8cfe7fb/latest/en-US/07da967a098e40d2a738f9f9d5249a98.html only jobs support with this permission guide are outlined here for impot jobs owned by EC.

Resolution

"Monitor Jobs" contains only EC related jobs, that's why they might have more detailed permissions controlling the audience permission.

While "manage scheduled jobs" is the central job management feature, not limited with EC, the scope and audience are different, which might lead to the difference purposes for these two features.

To introduce permission control from framework side this would be an enhancement request and we suggest customer to raise a influence idea and product management will monitor the influence votes.
