Symptom

  • You receive an event notification/alert under Job & Automation Monitoring, but the "reported at" timestamp is different from the job log you confirm on managed system.
  • SAP Cloud ALM for Operations e-mails are have a "received at" value in the e-mail client which does not match the "reported at" values for the metric.
  • SAP Cloud ALM for Operations e-mails are delayed compared to the error timestamp.
