3337471 - User preferences are reset to default when updating a user in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

When updating a user in SAC by using the API, the user preferences are reset to default.

• SAP Analytics Cloud  2023.1.1

1. Create a user
2. Change the users default preferences in SAC (such as date format)
3. Attempt to update the user via the API (e.g. using IPS_
4. Note that the users default preferences are reset to default.

This occurs when the user section
