3337573 - Error: "SocketTimeoutException"

Symptom

While sending StatusUpdateRequest document type from Managed Gateway for Spend&Network to SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), I am getting below error message intermittently:

Fault response received from: ANXXXXXXXXXXXX for:XXXXXXXXXX with Status:FAILED and ErrorResponse:java.net.SocketTimeoutException: SocketTimeoutException invoking http://XXXXXXXXX/sap/bc/srt/xip/arba/documentstatusupdaterequest/XXX?MessageId=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX: Read timed out (local port XXXXX to address XXX.X.X.X (localhost), remote port XXXXX to address XXX.X.X.X (localhost)).. Suggested Action : Please contact support with ErrorCode:CIG-PLT-00671.
