User has added Goals and Key results in Dynamic Team, but can't see 'Link to Goals' button.

Contributors of this key result is not added.

Contributors to at least one key result for a dynamic team objective see the Link to Goals option in Dynamic Teams. Linked goals are shown in the Link to Goals side panel. 
You can click '···'>Edit Details to add contributors for this key result. 

Added contributors can see the 'Link to goals' button and link to one or more of their personal performance goals in different goal plans.
In Linked Goal List, contributors can't see the goal linked by other contributors and can only see the goal linked by themselves.

Note: If you use the latest version of Goal Management, you also see a Linked OKRs section in goal details. When you open linked OKR details, you can only see the key results you are the contributor.

If you use the legacy version of Goal Management, the linking isn't shown in goal details. Links are only shown in Dynamic Teams.

1.Can contributors link the Dynamic Team goal to other member's performance goal?
>No, currently we only support linking to contributor's performance goal.

2.Can we link the Dynamic Team goal to a performance team goal?
>No, currently we only support linking to personal goal.

3.Who can see my linked Dynamic Team goals in performance goal management (latest version of goal version)?
>User who has access to your goal plan and has Create, View, and Edit Objectives and Key Results (OKR) permission.
