Inspection document is not displayed in the process flow of standard returns in the "Manage Customer Returns (or Version 2)" app although it has already been generated.

The root cause lies in that the inspection document is not "Saved and Confirmed" in the "Enter Inspection Results - from Warehouse" app. Instead, it is only "Saved".

Click the "Save and Confirm" button for the returns delivery of the returns order in the "Enter Inspection Results - from Warehouse" app.
