IQ16.1 SP04.10 appears to hang during BACKUP - SAP IQ
IQ Server hangs before the final "Total number of IQ blocks backed Up.."
It appears that IQ is hung on writing the last blocks backed up.
Hang condition on BACKUP checkpoint and db_backup_workiterator.
Review of DumpAllThreads shows leftover threads stuck on the previous backup,
