Cause
There are two apps for maintaining translations
1. Maintain Customizing Translations : This app supports translating client-specific customizing in the form of "Fiori launchpad spaces and pages" via Key User Customizing translation projects.
2.Maintain Translations : This app covers custom CDS view, custom analytical queries, and software collections
To translate the labels in your Custom CDS Views, you need to use the Maintain Translations app.
Resolution
Translation of Custom Tiles is currently not supported by any of the two Maintain Translations app
