3338260 - Background colours disappear since the QRC 2 upgrade

The background Colors of the Chart Widgets, Story page have been removed Post Upgrade (Q3 2023.8 Release).

This has been identified as a bug.

SAC development team is working on a fix and it will be deployed to customers' tenants in next several weeks.
