3338288 - Option 'SAP Correction Notes' can not list all the documents

Symptom

When the system encounters a dump error, the option 'SAP Correction Notes' can be used to search the relevant solutions. But the searching result is different than the one from SAP For Me, even the same search terms are used. For example, the 'SAP Correction Notes' list 0 result in this following dump.

But when the search terms as UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION CX_REST_CLIENT_EXCEPTION CL_REST_HTTP_CLI is used in SAP for Me, the following document will be listed in the result:

2944845 - Dump CL_REST_HTTP_CLIENT, UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION, CX_REST_CLIENT_EXCEPTION, Cannot find entry in secure store, HTTP client - communication error
