In Mass Changes to Purchasing Info Records app , when trying to upload a excel after Reducing the number of worksheets and columns getting the below error:
The number of worksheets does not match that of the default excel

Standard System Behaviour
Resolution
The system does not accept if the default template has structural variations. Download a fresh template and copy the data as it is without deleting any column/sheet and try uploading it.
