• You are trying to use the "Custom Analytical Queries" app 
• You are getting error message "Not able to load the query name prefix or the package name. Adaptation Transport Organizer (ATO) is not configured for this system. Adaptation Transport Organizer (ATO) is not configured for the system. For more information, refer to SAP Note 2283716"

S/4HANA Cloud

1. Go to "Custom Analytical Queries" app.

2. The following error message appears:

Not able to load the query name prefix or the package name. Adaptation Transport Organizer (ATO) is not configured for this system. Adaptation Transport Organizer (ATO) is not configured for the system. For more information, refer to SAP Note 2283716

3. While trying to follow SAP Note 2283716,  you access the "Extensibility Settings" app.

4. The following message appears:

Extensibility is not active. Use the customizing tenant instead.

You are trying to use the key user applications in the wrong tenant (development tenant).

Key user applications are only available in the customizing tenant.

Key user extensibility is set by default in the customizing tenant, unless the system is a cloud starter edition or sales demo partner.

In the SAP S/4HANA system, cloud starter edition or sales demo partner, extensibility for key users is deactivated by default.

You can activate extensibility by yourself. Open the Fiori application Extensibility Settings and follow the activation process.
