3338364 - Action Buttons on Profile not visible with Deactivate Translucent Layer and Horizon Theme is enabled - 1H 2023

Symptom

When Horizon Theme is enabled, and checking “Deactivate the translucent layer” and saving, the action buttons on the People Profile Header are not readable. They show as a white box with white text:
